Course Registration:

It should be noted that ITS-Ireland require a minimum number of participants for a course to run, and if we do not reach that number four weeks before the course start date, the registration facilities for that course will close. There are two options under Course Registration:

Preliminary Registration – please select this option if you are interested in a course but not able to make a firm registration. By doing so we can follow up with you and let you know if the course is close to being fully booked, so you have an opportunity to make a firm registration. A preliminary registration involves no financial commitment on your part and is not binding in anyway.

Firm Registration – please select this option to confirm your request to attend an ITS-Ireland course, and complete the registration form below. On receipt of a firm registration ITS-Ireland will contact you with a confirmation letter, travel and accommodation details for the course and an invoice for your attendance. Please note that ITS-Ireland require a minimum number of firm registrations to host a course, and as a result a minimum of four weeks notice prior to the course start date will be given to confirm that the course will proceed as scheduled.

Cancellation Policy:
Fees will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 60 EUR, for cancellations received in writing 10 days before a course start date, after that no refund can be made. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time. In the event of cancellation by ITS-Ireland, fees will be refunded in full. Delegates should note that ITS-Ireland does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of such cancellation and this should be borne in mind when making accommodation / travel arrangements.
